Technical support aligned to the needs of Application Providers

To deliver high levels of service and continued revenue from existing customers, many Application Providers rely on timely access to Micro Focus support resources.  

To help you we offer an award-winning range of support services.  As part of the Program with a Micro Focus support contract, you can benefit from technical support through the Micro Focus SupportLine.  You can even align your Micro Focus support contract with the service levels you commit to your customers.

SupportLine customers receive a full complement of services including access to online functions, product updates and telephone support centers. Exclusively for Application Providers, we will also provide access to our Micro Focus internal user groups and support teams. 

Through our internal user groups, you will be able to participate in forums with developers to get answers to technical questions as well as to gain an understanding of the Micro Focus product strategy and roadmap. You may wish to benefit from accessing and influencing Micro Focus new technology through the early-adopter programs.
