Training Styles

Thorough assessment will determine the exact skills required to ensure the achievement of your objective, however, it is the quality of the training itself which facilitates the learning process and results in high retention levels.

Instructor-led Training
Traditionally, training is delivered in a classroom-style, which provides many learning advantages, including support from an expert tutor, practical hands-on sessions and a focused learning environment. Whether the training event takes place at your premises, or at a dedicated Micro Focus training centre, the quality of delivery leads to people recommending our courses to others.

Seminar-style Training
Seminars offer an effective mechanism to quickly transfer broad IT concepts to large audiences. Drawing on the formalised style, many of our clients use seminars for communicating new IT strategies and policies to their workforces, or providing simple updates to their IT skills.

Workshops
Workshops are run in a less structured format, relying on interaction and going into more detail on specifics. Workshops can be tailored to individual delegate requirements, ensuring full clarification of any areas of difficulty and offering the hands-on experience necessary to satisfy their learning objectives.
